Are you a passionate, self-starting Program Manager interested in facilitating Alpha, Beta, and Gamma testing for products designed to reduce crime in neighborhoods? Ring is looking for a Program Manager who is customer obsessed, has a bias for action, and wants to learn and be curious. You will join the Insights Research Team in supporting our product team in managing highly successful Alpha, Beta, and Gamma tests that bring new products to market. In this role, you'll leverage AI-powered analytics tools to accelerate data processing and surface insights from user feedback at scale, while applying your strategic thinking and stakeholder relationship management skills to drive successful product launches.
