AWS Enterprise Support is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our Strategic Industries team, specifically supporting some of the world's most innovative Healthcare Life Sciences (HCLS) customers. As a Senior TAM, you'll be the technical advisor and strategic voice of the customer for organizations navigating complex, regulated environments, from pharmaceutical companies running genomics pipelines and clinical trials to healthcare providers modernizing electronic health records and medical imaging platforms. You'll operate at the intersection of deep technical expertise and business strategy, working with minimal guidance to anticipate customer needs, influence architectural decisions across business units, and drive long term outcomes for mission critical workloads, including AI and Generative AI initiatives. - Serve as a trusted advisor to C suite and senior technical leaders at major HCLS enterprises - Craft and execute strategic support plans aligned to customer business outcomes, from cloud migrations and SAP transformations to HPC/GPU research workloads, manufacturing modernization, and AI/Gen AI adoption - Navigate multi program, multi cloud environments where compliance (HIPAA, GxP, GDPR), data…
