Amazon's Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) is seeking an innovative and strategic Operations Learning Manager to drive operational excellence through world-class learning programs that reduce defects, accelerate adoption, and build organizational capability at scale. GREF supports corporate offices across more than 60 countries and a workforce of 300,000+ employees. This role will own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning strategies that enable our global operations teams to deliver exceptional workplace services. You will partner with facilities and program teams to transform complex operational concepts into engaging, scalable educational experiences that drive measurable results across diverse geographic regions.
