Staff Engineer - Customer Interfaces
As a Staff Engineer for Customer Interfaces (CI), you will lead the evolution of the Adyen experience from a traditional dashboard into an intelligent, conversational financial partner.
We are looking for a product engineer who can wear an architectural hat to build Agentic Workflows and manage backend orchestration (specifically Tool-use, Chains, and Policy Layers). This role is essential for transforming natural language inputs into authenticated, secure financial operations.

- Drive Intelligent Experiences: Lead the next generation of conversational UIs at Adyen. You will build Generative UIs that adapt in real-time, moving beyond static dashboards to create streaming, multi-modal experiences where the interface itself is a dynamic partner in the conversation.
