About the Role
We are looking for a Master Trainer – Sales Capability Building to help our sellers and advisors build confidence, strengthen customer conversations, and improve business impact. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging learning experiences that help teams grow consultative selling skills, communicate value clearly, and create stronger customer relationships.
You will partner across Sales, Product Marketing, Support, and Enablement teams to create scalable programs that improve seller performance across regions and experience levels. This role combines facilitation expertise, commercial understanding, storytelling, and modern AI-enabled learning approaches.

What You’ll DoDesign and Deliver Sales Learning Programs
- Create and facilitate engaging instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences focused on:
- Consultative and value-based selling
- Expansion selling and customer acquisition
- Customer conversation excellence
- New user growth and adoption
- Lead interactive workshops using storytelling, simulations, role plays, and customer-based scenarios.
- Build practical learning journeys that improve seller readiness, confidence, and execution.
- Adapt programs for different regions, business priorities, and learner needs.
