What you'll do
- Deliver customer marketing approaches for Acrobat & Express tailored for the next generation of business professionals.
- Convert product and marketing strategies into detailed, actionable plans and briefs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing plans.
- Coordinate marketing activities across paid media, email, and social platforms.
- Evolve customer journey and experience optimisation for LLM visibility.
- Adapt marketing efforts to align with regional preferences and needs.
- Monitor budgets and support the adoption of internal tools and guidelines.
What will make you succeed
- 2-3 years of experience in customer marketing or related fields.
- Proven success in marketing SaaS, subscription, or B2B/B2C products.
- Solid grasp of customer journeys and marketing approaches.
- Basic understanding of LLM/AI optimisation for marketing.
- Ability to build clear and compelling product messaging.
- Experience working in a collaborative, matrixed organization.
