At the crossroads of people, process, and technology, this leader will guide the orchestration layer of transformation. This role includes aligning priorities, managing complex initiatives step-by-step, and enabling important decisions across a linked organization. You will advise senior executives, influence strategic direction, identify key trade-offs, and promote harmony between internal leaders and external System Integrator (SI) partners.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading complex, global transformations and excels at navigating matrixed environments to translate high-level strategy into measurable business outcomes.
What you’ll do
Define and drive the overarching strategy, ensuring every initiative is anchored to Adobe’s long-term business priorities and value-creation targets.
Link enterprise objectives across front and back-office functions to outline scope, highlight essential trade-offs, and support informed executive decision-making.
Partner with executive leadership to secure early agreement on strategic outcomes, success metrics, and value realization.
Influence high-stakes discussions across multiple functions while balancing speed, risk, and long-term impact.
Establish decision forums and prioritization frameworks that resolve bottlenecks, manage cross-team dependencies, and keep work moving at pace.
