As a Senior Strategic Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the adoption of Adobe’s latest innovations across enterprise customers. Working in close partnership with Customer Success teams, you will lead strategic discovery engagements, deliver tailored workshops and demonstrations for customers to realise tangible value from Adobe’s solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide customers from insight to execution translating business needs into real-world workflows and driving meaningful outcomes at scale.
What You’ll Do
Qualify discovery insights, build engagement plans, assess customer maturity and prioritise use cases.
Lead high-impact discovery sessions, workshops, and tailored demo's across Adobe’s emerging product portfolio.
Build and deliver customised demos aligned to customer workflows, business objectives and industry context.
Assess customer readiness, lead customer pilots and drive success outcomes.
Accelerate adoption and expansion of Adobe solutions.
Facilitate workshops mapping current-state challenges to future-state workflows, including GenAI-powered use cases.
Demonstrate and articulate value in clear business terms, tied to return on investment, efficiency, and business outcomes.
Capture and synthesize actionable customer insights to inform Product strategy and Go-To-Market initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales , Product, and Global Strategic Development teams to drive product value realisation.
