The Role
Join Adobe’s Professional Services team in London as a Principal Project Manager. You will lead executive-level collaboration, guide digital transformation governance, and promote the strategic value of Adobe’s enterprise programs. In this senior individual contributor role, you will advise C-suite partners and VPs, ensuring Adobe’s platform vision, transformation plan, and Centers of Excellence (CoE) models deliver measurable results for customers.
We are seeking a Principal Project Manager who can provide strategic oversight, executive governance, and multi-workstream coordination for Adobe’s most critical customers. This role extends beyond delivery management: it merges program governance, interested party engagement, business value realization, and transformation leadership to ensure that clients establish the right operating model, capabilities, and CoE structure to scale digital experiences.
As a reliable collaborator for customers and Adobe’s sales team, you will help account teams highlight the strategic value of Adobe Customer Solutions (ACS) expertise. You will explain how governance, operating models, and cross-functional coordination speed up transformation maturity and ensure lasting customer success.
