The successful candidate will need to demonstrate clear leadership, not just of their direct reports, but of the 50+ team of supporting individuals across; solution consulting, digital strategy, product specialism, marketing and customer success.
What you'll do
Build and lead an impactful team of Account Executives.
You will support your team to evolve into true solution sellers, always striving for operational excellence through improved sales process.
Generation of net new revenue through developing and delivering sales strategies; aligning with product teams for an integrated value approach.
Drive marketing and PR activities in collaboration, to include the building of usage cases and value metrics per vertical and segment: The goal to facilitate consistency for balanced and profitable growth.
What you need to succeed
Leadership experience in Enterprise Software sales with a track record of achieving/exceeding sales quota and market share goals.
