We have a fantastic opportunity as Sales Pipeline Program Manager open.

You will bring structure, focus, and analytical rigor to a complex environment, turning growth priorities into targeted, repeatable, data‑driven programs that support Account Executives, Specialists, BDRs, and Partners. The role blends strategy, program design, numerical analysis, and senior stakeholder management — ideal for someone with strong problem‑solving skills, commercial thinking, and the ability to make cross‑functional teams execute with clarity.

"You build pipeline programs from scratch - not from a whiteboard, but from data. You own execution end-to-end: from gap analysis to program design to measurable pipeline impact. This is not a strategy or advisory role."

What you will do:

  • Design and launch scalable, data-driven pipeline generation programs for Central Europe from the ground up - including playbooks, targeting logic, and campaign-based GTM motions
  • Own full program lifecycle: pipeline gap analysis, program architecture, cross-functional coordination, field activation, and outcome tracking
  • Operationalize sales plays in close partnership with field sales, marketing, and sales ops - with direct accountability for pipeline contribution (€/$)
  • Build and maintain internal dashboards and pipeline visibility tools; use tools such as Dynamics, Outreach AI, Tableau, or equivalent to drive insight-to-action cycles
  • Design and run structured onboarding and ramp-up frameworks for new sales hires; measure productivity improvement
  • Conduct regular 1:1 and team coaching sessions with AEs and sales leaders - operationally, not as a side activity

Must-have:

  • Proven track record of building and executing sales programs or GTM motions independently and from scratch, with measurable pipeline results
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (dashboards, pipeline management, CPQ a plus); data literacy required (SQL, BI tools, or equivalent)
  • Experience in internal B2B sales enablement, sales operations, or sales programs roles - not primarily client-facing or industry management roles
  • Ability to translate data into structured programs, not slides
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional program execution in a matrixed organization

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in SaaS or technology companies
  • Familiarity with SPICED, MEDDIC, or similar sales methodologies
  • Coaching certification or structured sales coaching experience
