As a Group Manager for Adobe’s digital business, you will lead a team of monetization strategy managers who build and implement the strategy to grow revenue from acquisition, expansion and retention motions on Adobe’s mobile apps. This is a global role that spans all of Adobe’s Creativity and Productivity Mobile apps like Lightroom, Premiere Mobile, Acrobat Reader, and more.
We are looking for a strategic problem solver who can come up with big bets to improve customer experience and grow revenue, and then partner with platform product, analytics, demand generation, and regional teams to implement those bets to realize that revenue growth. As a senior leader, you should be skilled at concurrently leading a portfolio of short-term and long-term projects, distilling progress/ blockers across a range of issues for executives, keeping a successful team motivated and challenged.
What You'll Do
- Build a robust understanding of Adobe’s Mobile products, transaction surfaces and customer purchase motivations
- Use existing data insights or commission new analytics projects to identify workflows and messaging that improve acquisition, upsell, cross-sell and retention
- Keep a pulse on App store policies and feature releases, and industry trends, and feed implications into the new opportunity identification process
- Prioritize the biggest bets and generate cross-functional alignment to ensure all contributing teams are geared up to support initiatives that will deliver quarterly and yearly revenue goals
