The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Compliance Senior Program Manager (COI) to lead and evolve Adobe’s global conflicts of interest program. This is an exciting opportunity to join Adobe’s Legal and Government Relations organization and help develop a world-class ethics and compliance framework. You will play a meaningful role in identifying, assessing, and managing complex conflicts of interest to protect Adobe’s integrity, reputation, and business objectives.

Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for technology are required for this role. You will need to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, global environment. You should be a self-starter working independently while building close working relationships with collaborators across Adobe. You will team up with business members throughout the company to maintain Adobe’s culture of integrity, implement compliance programs at scale, and manage risk to the company.

What You’ll Do

• Manage COI intake, review, adjudication, mitigation, monitoring processes, including the enterprise-wide annual conflict of interest campaign.
• Manage COI case management systems, workflows, and data integrity to support timely, consistent, and risk-based decision‑making.
• Develop and manage deployment of innovative technology platforms for managing conflict disclosures and mitigations.
• Establish metrics and analytics to analyze program efficiency, gaps, and emerging trends.
• Review complex conflicts of interest disclosures and determine appropriate controls.
