Adobe is seeking a Senior GTM Program Manager to join the Document Cloud Business Operations & Program Management team. This team drives thought leadership, planning, decision, and execution processes for the Document Product Group in partnership with a broad set of partner organizations (Product Marketing, Product Management, Go to Market, Design, Product-led Growth, Finance, corporate marketing, and more). 

 

This highly visible role will partner cross-functionally to drive the successful delivery of our key marketing moments and business strategies ensuring successful execution. The ideal candidate loves to solve problems, is adept at building relationships in a highly matrixed environment, and thrives at the center of the action tackling problems without hesitation. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Work with leaders and cross-functional teams to solve issues, provide insights, and recommendations to support decision-making, and build aligned plans on pivotal initiatives 

  • Drive multiple, simultaneous, complex, strategic and operational priorities / workstreams, frequently managing large stakeholder groups
