The LATAM Marketing team is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead strategy, programs, campaigns, and activations that prioritize innovation, experimentation, and audience growth. This role will develop, implement, and measure social initiatives; oversee content, community, and reporting; collaborate with cross-functional teams; and lead strategic partnerships. This person will report to the LATAM Marketing Director.
What you'll Do
- Oversee/program manage content creation and curation to support editorial for social media channels geared towards different audiences.
- Explore current and new social platforms and content types.
- Drive and support social campaigns, programs, and marketing initiatives for relevant audiences across social profiles and platforms.
- Represent the audience within the broader Adobe Social team and partner with cross-functional teams, and then analyze performance, share meaningful insights, and evolve/optimize.
- Audit and evolve voice & tone content to increase resonance and social engagement.
- Collaborate closely with regional counterparts to learn, and implement strategies.
- Guide community management approach for target audiences.
- Actively investigate and suggest new ways to improve engagement on all social platforms, and media outlets.
