from Adobe careers

The opportunity

Adobe is growing their Design team dedicated to crafting core brand and asset management experiences that empower individuals and enterprises to organize, protect, and showcase their creative assets. Joining this team offers an exciting opportunity to shape innovative solutions that are central to delivering consistent and engaging product experiences across Adobe’s diverse portfolio. This includes designing intuitive tools for brand governance, asset libraries, and collaborative workflows that serve millions of users and organizations worldwide.

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Group Design Manager to lead a distributed team of world-class designers. You will tackle strategic challenges and empower your teams to deliver outstanding results. You will also evolve our cross-functional partnerships. In this role, you will help define how core asset and brand experiences evolve to meet new technological trends, shifting business needs, and the evolving expectations of our customers.

What you'll do

  • Set a high bar for design excellence, from strategic framing to detailed execution, and oversee day-to-day team operations (e.g. syncs, critiques, reviews) to deliver high-quality work.

  • Proactively identify uncharted business opportunities and pair high-level strategy with actionable execution, influencing roadmaps and long-term investment decisions.

  • Foster a trust-based, collaborative environment that encourages deep partnerships across teams to drive alignment on key experiences.
