from Adobe careersThe Growth Marketing & Insights team seeks a collaborative, innovative, and strategic leader to be the Director of B2B Media Strategy, reporting to the Senior Director of Americas Media. In this position, you will develop B2B paid media approaches across key B2B segments. You will assist teams in driving growth through data-informed decisions and lead cross-functional partners in crafting meaningful customer journeys.
You will work closely with the Customer Experience Orchestration, Creativity & Productivity B2B, Go-to-Market, and Sales teams to translate segment priorities into coordinated, customer-led media plans. You will connect strategy with activation, lead performance optimization, and bring a clear, compelling narrative to how our media investments drive business outcomes.

What you’ll do
Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration
- Partner with B2B executive leadership to identify growth opportunities and deliver high-impact media strategies.
- Develop a cohesive B2B paid media strategy in collaboration with Marketing, GTM, and Digital Experience teams.
- Serve as the primary media strategy lead, aligning diverse collaborators and crafting shared clarity across teams.
- Strengthen relationships with media agencies, publishers, and technology partners to ensure operational excellence.
