What You’ll Do
In this role, you will lead, inspire, and elevate our advertising organization.
We’re looking for someone who brings clarity, builds momentum, and accelerates growth across our team and client portfolio.
Strategic Leadership
We define and implement a bold strategic roadmap aligned with business priorities and market shifts. Together, we run quarterly business reviews, account audits, and retrospectives to unlock growth opportunities and identify operational gaps.
You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and regional teams to build client engagement models that truly work!
We drive retention and expansion strategies across your account portfolio and own quarterly and annual planning cycles—including revenue targets, operational priorities, and success metrics. You'll also help us build scalable methodologies and frameworks that shape how we work as one high-performing unit.
Technical Oversight
We coordinate the setup, optimization, and evolution of campaigns across DSP, SSC, and CTV platforms.
You’ll champion advanced analytics, lift simulation tools, and performance assist solutions to improve value.
Operational Excellence
We relentlessly drive pacing accuracy, retention, and revenue outcomes.
You will lead operational audits, ensure 100% compliance with SOPs, and push continuous improvement through automation, tooling enhancements, and data-driven decisions.
We expect you to track and communicate business results clearly—expansion, retention, metric achievements, client satisfaction—and ensure accurate timesheet and utilization rigor to support resource planning.

Collaborator Orchestration
We act as the first point of contact for account and delivery challenges—ensuring quick resolution and strong strategic guidance.
You’ll orchestrate collaboration across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who brings:
- A strong understanding of the display advertising ecosystem and hands-on experience with ad networks such as GDN, Tribal Fusion, OpenX, and ValueClick.
- Familiarity with ad servers, rich media vendors, RTB, and programmatic buying.
- Deep experience in campaign setup, monitoring, analysis, and optimization.
- The ability to partner with account managers, engineers, and global teams to deliver flawless campaign execution.
- Experience with optimization and pre-launch QA for successful advertiser onboarding.
- A history of defining best practices for display advertising operations.
- Advanced project management and communication skills.
- 10–12 years of relevant experience.
