This role partners directly with the Vice President of Product and Strategy to align organizational priorities, orchestrate cross-functional execution, and foster innovation across Adobe’s product ecosystem.
The ideal candidate combines strategic acumen, operational rigor, and executive presence—acting as both a business strategist and organizational integrator to enable scale, clarity, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership Alignment
· Serve as a strategic thought partner to the VP, shaping the vision, priorities, and long-term roadmap across AI, AEM, and Commerce.
· Translate business objectives into actionable strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate and product goals.
· Prepare executive briefings, strategy presentations, and business reviews for senior leadership.
· Partner with senior leaders across functions to ensure decisions are data-informed, coordinated, and aligned.
· Manage strategic initiatives, executive communications, and leadership rhythms.
· Lead and facilitate key forums including product reviews, quarterly business reviews, and leadership offsites.
· Serve as a proxy for the VP in meetings and drive accountability for commitments and follow-ups.
· Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations to manage organizational planning, budget cycles, and talent strategies.
