We are seeking an experienced second-line sales leader to take on the role of Senior Leader for our Creativity & Productivity Enterprise Business in Western. This, is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing sales organisation, expand our presence, and build on the strong momentum we’ve already established. 

As the Enterprise Sales (Second Line Manager) you will report to the Regional VP Western Europe and be responsible for driving growth across Western by leading and scaling our enterprise sales team. You will inspire and develop managers and account executives, engage with C-suite stakeholders within our most influential companies, and ensure predictable, sustainable growth across key industries. 

 

What you'll Do     

  • Responsible for Adobe’s Creativity & Productivity Enterprise Sales performance and strategy across Western

  • Lead and develop front-line managers (FLMs) and their teams of Account Executives, driving accountability, performance, and professional growth. 

  • Align with the executive leadership team, and key partners, to define differentiated offerings and go-to-market strategies    

  • Drive predictable and sustainable revenue growth, consistently delivering against targets. 

  • Identify, grow and accelerate revenue opportunities within key accounts
