This role centers on shaping the Sales Platform’s target architecture, with a mandate to unify and modernize the ecosystem of CRM and adjacent systems—including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Contract Management, Forecasting, Sales Compensation, Marketing Automation, Analytics, and AI-driven personalization. Success requires both a deep understanding of sales processes and the ability to design integrated, scalable platforms that drive business growth and customer engagement.
What You'll Do
You will partner closely with:
Business leaders to translate revenue and customer growth objectives into modern, data-driven platforms and architectures.
Product Management and UX Design to deliver user-centric solutions with a seamless, frictionless experience.
Engineering teams to ensure alignment with the technology roadmap and the defined target architecture
What you’ll need to succeed
A strategic, business-oriented Enterprise Architect with proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable, reliable, customer-centric technology solutions.
A strong track record of establishing Enterprise Architecture organizations and leading high-performing teams of senior architects.
Experience defining technology standards, governance models, and driving adoption across teams.
Demonstrated ability to bridge business strategy and technology execution, infusing leading practices into enterprise systems.
Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a compelling, influential manner.
A software-agnostic perspective, ideally gained through experience in consulting, research, or Fortune 100 companies.
