We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and dynamic Adobe Campaign Trainer to join our Adobe Premium Learning organization. The initial focus will be on training customers on Adobe Campaign but will quickly grow to include other Experience Cloud solutions. In this role, you will help customers, partners, and internal teams develop the expertise needed to maximize their success with Adobe.

Your work will play a pivotal role in enhancing product adoption, improving user proficiency, and delivering memorable learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Deliver high-quality training to diverse audiences including end users, developers, administrators, and architects.
- Teach using multiple modalities: Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual ILT (VILT), public workshops, and private onsite sessions.
- Simplify complex concepts and make them accessible, engaging, and practical.
Curriculum & Content
- Contribute to curriculum design, content updates, lab environment setup, and continuous improvement projects.
- Prepare and configure training environments using local systems, AWS, or other cloud-based classroom platforms.
- Stay up to date with the latest Adobe Campaign and Adobe Experience Cloud enhancements.
Customer Engagement
- Manage end-to-end training engagements—from scoping and preparation to delivery and follow-up.
