The Opportunity 

Adobe is seeking an exceptionally strategic and influential Contingent Workforce Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of our contingent workforce (CW) strategy across India. This role is pivotal in crafting regional CW practices, aligning closely with our global objectives, and encouraging world-class cross-functional partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will drive the flawless application of CW policies and processes, leading compliance and efficiency throughout our organization.  

What you'll Do 

  • Build and implement a forward-looking, regional CW strategy that aligns with Adobe’s global goals.  

  • Drive transformation initiatives that modernize CW processes and deliver measurable business impact. 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Procurement, Legal and Finance to ensure program success. 

  • Partner with managed service providers (MSPs) to ensure quality, compliance, and performance. 

  • Lead change management efforts to embed new practices and foster a culture of adherence and operational efficiency. 

  • Manage adherence to Indian labor regulations and proactively handle risk and audit readiness.  

  • Define and deliver benchmarks that measure cost optimization, compliance adherence and workforce agility.  

  • Champion automation and digital innovation to create scalable, future-ready CW solutions. 

  • Provide actionable insights through dashboards and reports to inform strategic decisions.  

What you need to succeed 

  • Possession of an MBA-HR or Master’s degree, coupled with extensive experience managing contingent workforce programs in India. 

  • Extensive experience partnering with senior-level executives including the ability to navigate global and regional stakeholders 

  • Demonstrable ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. 

  • Practical experience with Workday, VNDLY, and ServiceNow. 

  • Solid knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulatory frameworks. 

  • Prior experience leading contingent workforce programs and collaborating with managed service providers (MSPs) and global and regional stakeholders. 

  • Excellent communication, collaborator management, and analytical skills. 

  • CCWP certification is required.
