The Vice President, Global Customer Marketing will lead Adobe’s customer-focused marketing strategy, crafting how our customers discover, understand and engage with Adobe’s offerings, delivering growth across our customer audiences. This executive leader will define and deliver breakthrough marketing plans that span flagship campaigns, evergreen programs, and content innovation. The goal will be elevating Adobe’s brand and deepening customer connection.
This role calls for a visionary strategist and practical practitioner who inspires teams and drives outcomes while partnering across Adobe’s business units to accelerate impact at scale. The leader partners deeply across Adobe’s business units to accelerate impact. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, they manage a team of Senior Directors and Directors who lead marketing teams for key customer groups. This team collaborates closely with product, marketing centers of excellence, content and creative teams to deliver best in class marketing using today’s technologies.
The ideal candidate is a forward-looking marketing executive who combines strategy, creative sensibility, and operational excellence. They are known as a strong collaborator working across business units and marketing channel specialists.
What You'll Do
- Architect and deliver global marketing plans across Adobe’s portfolio with impactful campaigns, always-on content, and tentpole activations. The focus is to drive awareness, trial, adoption, usage, and long-term retention.
