Activision Blizzard is seeking to fill the position of Specialist, Health and Safety (EMEA).
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day health and safety compliance across our offices and studio spaces in Poland, ensuring adherence to all applicable local regulations while also supporting our broader EMEA locations.
As a subject matter expert, you will provide guidance and support across assigned company locations, large-scale events, and a variety of health and safety initiatives and projects.
This role may require approximately 5% of travel to support other studio locations and events.
Responsibilities
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Implement, monitor, and continuously improve health and safety programs in alignment with local requirements and company standards.
Maintain the H&S legal compliance digital system.
Conduct H&S audits and inspections to identify and mitigate hazards and track actions until completion.
Maintain H&S related documentation, records, and reports to ensure compliance.
Carry out Risk Assessments and update existing ones.
Ensure the Emergency Plan and H&S Policy are updated.
Provide support in maintaining the Health & Safety training program and deliver all required local H&S training.
