Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational requirements and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with business goals and provide effective support for operational activities. Continuous refinement and adjustment of applications to enhance performance and usability are also key aspects of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Maintain and update existing applications to ensure optimal performance and compliance with business standards.
- Document application configurations and changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Servicenow Tools Administration.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and their implementation within ServiceNow.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow platform and applications.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation within the ServiceNow environment to enhance functionality.
- Knowledge of integration techniques between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Servicenow Tools Administration.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
