Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of technology systems and support services. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery, and providing assistance to users to resolve their technology-related challenges. You will also participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and contribute to the development of best practices in technology support.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of technology support processes.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Strong understanding of troubleshooting techniques for software and hardware issues.
- Familiarity with user support and service desk operations.
- Experience in managing user accounts and permissions within Microsoft 365.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
