What you can expect
The Process Analyst serves as an operational partner supporting process improvement initiatives across Zoom's go-to-market ecosystem. This role combines process analysis expertise with systems knowledge to document, optimize, and implement business processes that enhance efficiency and internal customer experience. Working collaboratively with multiple teams and departments, this position supports process excellence initiatives within Sales and Channel functions. The role requires effective analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally to align process improvements with business objectives and system capabilities.
About the Team

What we’re looking for
3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Process Improvement in a SaaS or technology environment.
Have working knowledge of process mapping and analysis methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma fundamentals).
Show familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, or ERP platforms.
Demonstrate ability to document business requirements and support system-enabled process solutions.
Show effective analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Have proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, or similar).
Able to communicate effectively with ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Have exposure to partner ecosystems, channel sales, or lead-to-cash operations.
