As a Senior Account Manager, you will be a strategic partner for large and mid-tier accounting practices, helping them navigate their digital transformation. Your primary focus is to develop and execute digital strategies that enable these partners to successfully migrate their clients onto the Xero platform, driving growth for their business and ours.
This is a high-impact, field-based position where you will own your territory and build deep, lasting relationships with accounting and bookkeeping firms as they grow with Xero.
The team & how they connect:
You will join a goal-motivated sales team of six that thrives on achieving collective success and delivering measurable outcomes. Reporting directly to our Partner Sales Manager, you will work closely with Senior Account Management colleagues and Partner Consulting to ensure a unified approach to territory management.
Initially, you will focus on:
Strategic Growth: Managing your territory of accounting & bookkeeping partners with monthly targets and embed Xero’s digital strategy deep within every practice.
Digital Migrations: Architect and execute complex project plans to transition partners from legacy systems to Xero’s cloud ecosystem.
Partner Education: Educate new partners through high-energy events, webinars, and certifications to build a modern, expert user base.
Optimise the Sales Cycle: Drive an 8-week call cycle and maintain precise Salesforce data to move partners rapidly through the pipeline.
