The team / how they connect
You will join a Talent Experience (TX) team that focuses on making hiring human, data-driven, and genuinely impactful. Working closely with the local leadership and the global engineering TX partners, you will collaborate to run hiring events, assessment days, and community meetups that put Xero on the map.
The team is currently working on / Initially, you will focus on
Executing through proactive sourcing and high-velocity hiring events.
Building and managing robust pipelines for engineering and technical roles to meet ambitious growth targets.
Partnering with senior engineering stakeholders to refine role requirements and maintain a consistent hiring bar.
Utilising recruitment data and funnel insights to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate conversion rates.
