ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Safety Operations Senior Analyst for Child Safety, you will contribute to xAI's mission by training and refining Grok to enforce our terms of service and support functions. Your work will directly impact the safety of our products, X, and Grok, by minimizing existential risks, enforcing xAI’s rules, and promoting responsible development, helping to prevent illegal and harmful content.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and take action on content and behavior that goes against our terms of service, escalating as needed.
- Have deep expertise in online child safety, including the identification, investigation, and mitigation of a broad range of child safety threats and risks.
