Senior Solutions Consultant - Enterprise & GRC

Job description

As a Senior Solution Consultant - Enterprise & GRC , you will partner with different business verticals to develop and present solutions that solve complex customer problems. You will offer subject matter expertise to the sales function, supporting the business and functional aspects of Workiva's platform. Your role involves delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, and value-based messaging to drive business growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead pre-sales frameworks to engage customers, prospects, and partners via multiple communication channels

• Demonstrate expertise across all of Workiva’s domain areas - Financial Reporting, GRC, and Sustainability Reporting - developing working knowledge of industries, departments, and use cases where Workiva can have an impact

• Assist sales in developing account plans in support of Workiva strategies and objectives

• Partner with the Client Services team to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer success

• Develop business cases that clearly articulate Workiva's value proposition

• Demonstrate knowledge across multiple domain areas, industries, and departments

• Build proof of concepts and process assessments to validate customer requirements

• Mentor peers through cross-domain coaching and training

• Provide proactive feedback to product management teams regarding new customer requirements

• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Client Services, and Customer Success to achieve team goals

• Assist sales teams in developing account plans that support Workiva strategies

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications

• Six or more years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or four years with a Master’s degree

• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing pre-sales or consulting role

• Deep understanding of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) domain

• Exposure to Sustainability frameworks and reporting

• Proven track record of self-motivation, results, and continuous improvement

• Proficiency as an individual contributor with a desire to impact accounts positively

• Experience with ERP, GRC, GL, FP&A, or Analytics and Reporting solutions

• Ability to assess business needs and deliver compelling software demonstrations

• Five or more years of experience in finance, accounting, internal audit, or technical sales

• Experience presenting to business managers, IT managers, and executives

• Consultant level experience within the Big Four or public accounting firms

• Hands-on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architecture

Travel Requirement & Working Conditions

• Ability to travel up to 40% across ANZ with travel required to support GRC opportunities across APAC ( Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan )

• Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office
