Job Description
We’re looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager to establish and scale our Mass Payouts business in Singapore.
This is a unique opportunity to build a new revenue stream from the ground up. You will hunt and close new "mass payout" logos—businesses that need to pay global sellers, freelancers, contractors, developers, and influencers efficiently and compliantly.
This isn’t a traditional sales role. It’s for a "hunter" who thrives on navigating ambiguity, mastering technical products, and unlocking growth opportunities for customers who need to move money globally at scale.
In this role, you’ll:
Own End-to-End Sales: You will manage the full sales cycle independently. From prospecting and discovery to solutioning, negotiation, and closing.
