Your New Role

The Flight Operations Scheduler is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient scheduling and operational coordination of company‑operated and managed aircraft. This role provides end‑to‑end trip planning, flight following, and disruption management while ensuring compliance with company policy, aviation regulations, and safety management standards. The Scheduler partners closely with flight crews, maintenance, vendors, and Flight Operations leadership to deliver reliable, high‑service flight operations.

Your Role Accountabilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage all aspects of corporate aircraft operations, including trip build, flight following, and operational control
