Your New Role:
This position exists to support the Procure to Pay (PTP) workstream of Warner Bros. Discovery WBD. This person will have overall responsibility for performing PTP functions involved in maintaining PTP processes, ensuring Sox compliance, maintaining a robust controls environment providing updates/reporting of overall Procure to Pay Operations.
Review, validate, and approve Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in line with procurement policies, delegation of authority (DOA), and budget availability.
Review and approve Purchase Orders (POs) for accuracy, completeness, pricing, tax, and contractual compliance.
Process and approve PO amendments (price changes, quantity updates, extensions, cancellations) with appropriate justification and audit trail
