The Real Estate Strategy Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic real estate decision-making across a dynamic client portfolio. This role blends data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and business case development to drive operational excellence and portfolio strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and is passionate about transforming complex data into actionable insights.

- Data Stewardship: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of portfolio data, ensuring high integrity in supply/demand metrics, KPIs, and market health reporting.
