What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team working across Java backend, modern frontend frameworks, and Node.js-based microservices.
- Drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable applications deployed on AWS Cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements, system architecture, and sprint plans.
- Set engineering best practices around code quality, testing, CI/CD, security, and cloud-native development.
- Review code, troubleshoot performance issues, and support production systems with a focus on reliability and scalability.
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive engineering culture focused on continuous learning and growth.
What you'll bring
- Min 10 years of hands-on software development experience with strong expertise in Java, Node.js, and modern frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership or engineering management role.
