As a Growth Marketing Campaigns Manager at Vanta, you will manage the end-to-end execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth across the Asia-Pacific Japan (APJ) region. You'll work across all customer segments—from early stage startups to enterprise accounts—building campaigns that strengthen Vanta's market leadership and brand presence throughout APJ.
The Growth Marketing team is committed to a data-driven approach to decision-making, analysing and optimising campaign performance using robust measurement frameworks. We're a collaborative team working closely across Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing to develop campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
This role is critical to scaling Vanta's presence across APJ by developing region-specific campaigns that resonate with local markets while leveraging US-based content and global marketing resources. You'll be the person who takes a big GTM moment—a product launch, a key vertical push, a field event—and turns it into pipeline across multiple segments and markets.
