Field Marketing Manager
As a Field Marketing Manager at Vanta, you will own the strategy and execution of regional field marketing programs that drive pipeline and accelerate revenue. You’ll serve as the primary marketing partner to Sales in your region—translating territory priorities into high-impact programs that engage target accounts and move deals forward.
Vanta’s Field Marketing team builds brand awareness and generates demand through strategic in-person and virtual experiences, regional campaigns, and executive programs. We create meaningful, high-touch interactions that connect security and compliance leaders with Vanta’s solutions.
In this role, you’ll operate as both a strategist and operator—owning the full lifecycle of field programs from planning through pipeline attribution, while continuously optimizing for impact. You'll be essential to scaling our field presence as we grow our upmarket business.
