from Tesla careersAs a Virtual Tesla Advisor, you’ll be a key contributor in delivering exceptional end-to-end customer experiences across all digital consumer channels including inbound/outbound phone calls, web inquiries, Tesla Chat and email communications. You’ll play a pivotal role across the entire customer journey across both sales and delivery, all while embodying Tesla’s mission.

With a one-team mindset, you’ll work closely with your virtual team and other key stakeholders across the business to deliver a seamless customer experience and achieve outlined targets.
Responsibilities
As a Virtual Tesla Advisor, you will be expected to work across both Sales and Delivery at any given time. However, you will generally be provided with one area of focus per quarter (at manager’s discretion).
Please note that although the Virtual Tesla Advisor primarily works across our digital consumer channels, this role will be office-based.
SALES
- Proactively excite, engage and educate prospective customers and current owners about our vehicles and overall Tesla ecosystem
- Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline by qualifying leads, guiding customers through the purchase journey and converting interest into a secured sale
- Actively contribute to the achievement of sales-focused targets by meeting and exceeding individual KPI’s
- Maintain sales administrative duties and ensuring systems are up to date, as well as effectively managing all outbound activities and reporting.
DELIVERY
- Support customers post-purchase through every stage of their delivery journey
- Maintain a high-volume delivery pipeline and serve as a primary point of contact for your customers, ensuring that they complete key requirements across areas such as registration, finance and trade-in to fulfil their order
- Coordinate their delivery schedule and final payment requirements in accordance with Tesla guidelines and protocols
- Support an inbound call line for delivery customers inquiring about their order
- Actively contribute to the achievement of delivery-focused targets by meeting and exceeding individual KPI’s
Requirements
- Experience in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong rapport-building skills and the ability to tailor great conversations to the customer’s needs
- Ability to thrive in a team-based environment and achieve common goals
- Great problem-solving skills with the ability to be proactive and take initiative
- Strong attention to detail while effectively handling multiple priorities
- Managing high volume workloads in a timely manner to meet deadlines
- Resilience, adaptability and a constant desire to develop and upskill
- Positivity, enthusiasm and a passion towards the mission of Tesla.
- Able to communicate, read, and write effectively in the English language on all levels
