Responsibilities

Partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy
Shepherding the time and resources at your disposal effectively and keeping your business partners up to speed on a regular basis
Using a variety of techniques and creativity to discover and attract the best passive talent
Conducting thorough behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baseline as well as skills to be successful in the Tesla environment
Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
Planning, organizing, and executing campus recruitment events and other talent attraction initiatives
Contributing to full-cycle recruitment strategies and providing insights on workforce planning and talent pipeline development

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years recruiting and project management experience, from either a corporate or agency environment
Experience in recruiting technical niche roles, especially within technology or semiconductor industries
High volume recruiting experience with the ability to efficiently manage an average of 30 requisitions at a time
Clear understanding of end-to-end recruitment strategy and ability to provide strategic recommendations
Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing technical talent; skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends; ability to lead projects to successful conclusion – balancing efficiency with quality
Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment
Strong experience in planning and executing campus and recruitment events
Vendor management experience and basic knowledge of local labor law
Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
