from Tesla careersThe Sales Operations Specialist will support the Sales Operation team in AUNZ, which is focused on driving sales and delivery growth through strategic initiatives, best practices, standardisation and optimisation. You will play a key role in streamlining internal and external communications, collaborating with relevant teams and stakeholders to address growth challenges, and partnering with the team on projects that is beneficial to our customers and field teams across the market.
The role requires an analytically minded individual with superior problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and agility to prioritise and shift focus as needed.
We are open to candidates based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate the execution of internal Sales and Delivery communications as well as external digital communications to our customers.
- Work with key stakeholders to support with the development and implementation of best practices for field and customer communication.
- Provide support to programs team to deliver on key projects and initiatives.
- Provide daily operational support to the Sales Operations team.
- Provide project and administration support to Program team to deliver on key projects and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support with obtaining, updating and maintaining business licencing records.
- During peak sales & delivery volume assistance various teams within the sales operations (order-to-delivery operations, fleet & allocation and programs) umbrella.
- Collate key business analytics to support and guide local field teams.
- Identify potential enhancements to our processes / tools that will facilitate growth.
- Support Sales and Delivery team metrics by providing and monitoring C-SAT
Requirements
- Currently studying or recently completed a tertiary qualification, applicants from a business, communication and commerce background are preferred
- Must be detail oriented, possess strong analytical skills and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Evidence of strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work across multiple platforms and systems, must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Driven and enthusiastic with a genuine interest and passion for Tesla’s mission
- Basic knowledge and experience of SQL preferred
