Responsibilities:

Provide a great Candidate Experience: Schedule interviews and support onboardings for candidates; You go above and beyond to ensure the best candidate experience; you love to solve problems and bottlenecks
Develop Stakeholder Engagement: Provide consistent, timely, and positive support and communication to recruiters and interviewers
Be Data-driven and Strategic: Manage a data-driven and seamless recruiting process and support initiatives that make our recruitment process more seamless and enjoyable by the candidate
Be ‘the go-to person’: Your eagerness to learn more about our business, processes, and everything we do turns you into the knowledge expert that guides people in the right direction

Candidate-centric above all: You communicate and represent yourself in a professional and friendly manner and always act with the candidate in mind
An excellent communicator: You communicate clearly and respectfully in English, being fluent in any other European language is a plus
