Community Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care (Female)

Location: Southampton

Shifts: Days & Nights - 07:00-19:00 & 19:00-07:00

Pay Rates (including holiday pay):

  • Days: £17.64 per hour
  • Nights: £19.78 per hour
  • Weekends: £21.92 per hour

You will be supporting an adult female in the community to live independently, supporting with day trips & activities in the community. You will require a manual driving license and be comfortable with animals in the home. An ideal candidate will take the time to learn about their client and manage & adjust communication for any situation.


What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking healthcare assistants who are:

· Compassionate and resilient, with a genuine passion for person-centered care.

· Experienced in UK care (minimum 12 months).

· Skilled in key areas such as:

  • Exposure to clinical complex care
  • Personal care
  • Manual handling
