The Journey Insight Manager Role

As a Journey Insight Manager at Qlik, you transform complex product, behavioral, engagement, and sentiment data into actionable intelligence that shapes how customers adopt, expand, and renew.

You sit within our Customer Experience organization, building the intelligence layer that enables signal-driven and agentic customer journeys across the business.

Beyond identifying signals, you play a critical role in understanding how customers actually progress through their journey, ensuring that our journey design, signals, and actions reflect real customer behavior

What makes this role interesting?

This is not traditional reporting.

* You will design and operationalize how Qlik detects, prioritizes, and acts on customer signals at scale, enabling a shift from reactive insights to proactive and increasingly autonomous customer engagement.
* Your work directly powers how signals trigger decisions and actions, combining AI-driven recommendations with human execution.
* In this role you will:
* Design and evolve a multi-dimensional signal framework including product, engagement, service, commercial, sentiment, and intent signals
* Identify the most impactful signals and levers that move customers forward in the journey
* Reconstruct and analyze customer journeys using behavioral and product data, identifying common paths, deviations, and progression patterns
* Translate unstructured data into structured intelligence using NLP and AI techniques
* Partner with Journey Leads and Agentic Program Managers to embed signals into Agentic Workflows.
* Define scalable processes to ensure signal quality, explainability, and governance

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

* Strengthen the intelligence foundation powering our Customer Journey and Moments of Truth framework
* Provide a data-driven view of how customers truly progress, enabling continuous refinement of journey design and orchestration
* Improve early detection of adoption friction and competitive risk
* Increase signal-to-action conversion rates through AI-enhanced prioritization
* Build behavioral segmentations that inform personalized engagement strategies
* Elevate executive visibility into customer health using explainable models and structured insights

We’re looking for a teammate with:

Advanced Analytics & AI Expertise: Strong SQL and data modeling skills, experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake), and hands-on experience with Python or similar tools. Familiarity with machine learning and NLP techniques to analyze behavioral and sentiment data is highly valued.

Customer Journey & Signal Thinking :Understanding of SaaS adoption, lifecycle progression, and customer health dynamics. Experience identifying high-impact signals that influence adoption and retention.

Agentic & Orchestration Mindset: Understanding of how journeys and signals translate into actions within agentic systems, with the ability to define decision logic, prioritization, and trigger mechanisms that enable scalable, signal-driven engagement.

Structured Execution & Governance Mindset: Ability to translate insight into scalable execution frameworks, define signal standards, and introduce lightweight governance to ensure consistency and operationalization across teams. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex environments is preferred.
