Build a high-energy, accountable, and inclusive team culture where people thrive, collaborate, and consistently over-achieve Champion a growth mindset — using data, feedback loops, and structured 1:1 coaching to continuously elevate individual and team performance 5+ years of B2B enterprise SaaS Sales Development management experience, with a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing SDR/BDR teams Demonstrable success delivering consistent, quality pipeline at scale across ANZ and/or ASEAN markets — ideally spanning multiple sales segments and go-to-market motions Experience managing multi-market, cross-cultural teams with a hands-on coaching philosophy and a bias for developing internal talent Deep familiarity with outbound prospecting strategy targeting C-suite, data, and technology leaders across enterprise accounts Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach or Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern AI-powered sales tools Exceptional stakeholder management skills — comfortable influencing and aligning multiple senior Sales VPs and cross-functional leaders Analytically minded with the ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable strategies Excellent written and verbal communication skills — compelling presenter to both internal leaders and external executive audiences Curious, ambitious, and deeply invested in people Design and execute account-based prospecting strategies targeting enterprise and midmarket technology leaders in priority verticals Align GTM strategy and execution cadence with three Sales AVPs across ANZ and ASEAN to ensure sales and pipeline alignment Work closely with global SDR leadership and Revenue Operations to continuously improve qualification frameworks and opportunity handover processes Manage inbound lead flow efficiency and ensure SLA adherence across all inbound and outbound programs
