Job Description

   

The Role:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Learning Experience Specialist to design and deliver high-impact enablement programs that drive measurable performance outcomes. This role is responsible for creating engaging, scalable, and learner-centered training experiences that support onboarding, continuous learning, and role-based development across internal teams, customers, and partners. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into structured learning journeys that improve capability and performance.

         

  Focus Areas

             Include but not limited to:

  • Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions, including eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual sessions, and blended programs

  • Build structured, role-based learning paths aligned to organizational goals

  • Define clear, measurable learning objectives and performance outcomes

  • Create interactive learning content using modern authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe, iSpring)

  • Develop onboarding programs that accelerate time-to-productivity

  • Design assessments, simulations, and practical exercises to reinforce real-world application

  • Upload and manage learning content within LMS platforms to ensure accessibility and tracking

  • Track engagement, completion rates, and learning effectiveness; develop reports and dashboards for stakeholders

  • Gather learner feedback and continuously refine content for impact and relevance

  • Partner with SMEs, product teams, HR, and leadership to ensure content accuracy and strategic alignment

  • Manage projects from concept through launch, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely delivery

       

Skills Needed:

  • Master’s degree or graduate certificate/diploma in Educational Technology or Instructional Technology

  • At least 10+ years of experience in instructional design, course development, or learning enablement.

  • Strong project management skills 

  • Exceptional communication skills, encompass clear and articulate verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to adapt communication style to diverse audiences and situations.

  • Prior experience designing corporate training programs or educational content for specific industries is preferred.

  • Familiarity with creating courses for diverse learning environments (e.g., online, blended, or in-person).

  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia or other equivalent).

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course deployment and tracking.

  • Knowledge of multimedia production and editing software is an asset.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring learning effectiveness
