Job Description
Sprinklr seeks a Lead Solutions Architect – Platform & Integrations to partner with sales, product, and customer success to drive revenue by architecting and demonstrating Sprinklr’s Unified-CXM platform’s integration with enterprise technology ecosystems.
Solution Architects at Sprinklr combine technical expertise with business consulting to uncover customer needs and position Sprinklr’s platform capabilities. They provide trusted advisory guidance and rapidly map integration architectures to customer data and workflow requirements.
This role focuses on Sprinklr’s platform integration layer, including its connector ecosystem, native import/export capabilities, open APIs, and defined integration patterns.
What You'll Do
Architect end-to-end integration solutions leveraging Sprinklr's platform integration capabilities, including dedicated connectors, native import/export workflows, and the Sprinklr REST API ecosystem.
Present integration blueprints for common enterprise patterns — including CRM case lifecycle integration, omnichannel handover protocols, source-agnostic data ingestion, user provisioning, Digital Asset Management (DAM) connectivity, custom entity mapping, and reporting/analytics data extraction.
Lead presales integration discovery workshops to map a customer's existing technology stack (CRM, CDP, martech, analytics, compliance, and AI/ML platforms) to the appropriate Sprinklr connector or integration pattern, producing fit-gap analyses and solution architectures.
Develop and deliver compelling technical demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (POCs) that showcase Sprinklr's integration capabilities — including bi-directional data sync, webhook-driven automation, API-based publishing, and platform-to-platform data handoff.
Provide strategic guidance on integration architecture advising on authentication models, data transformation, rate limit management, and error handling
Collaborate with Sprinklr's ecosystem of architects, product managers, and sales teams to validate integration designs and ensure they reflect Sprinklr's current connector capabilities and roadmap.
Support RFP responses and technical documentation related to platform design, integration architecture, data security, and compliance.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Sprinklr's integration taxonomy — distinguishing and articulating the value of dedicated connectors, configurable import/export capabilities, webhook-based integrations, and custom API integrations built via the Developer Platform.
Act as a trusted technical advisor who can translate Sprinklr's integration architecture into business value for CIOs, enterprise architects, and integration teams.
Travel up to 40% of the time to customer engagements, industry events, and internal workshops.
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in enterprise platform architecture, with a focus on integration design, middleware, and API-led connectivity across SaaS, cloud, and on-premise environments.
5+ years of experience architecting and demonstrating integration solutions in a presales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting capacity, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue impact.
Deep expertise in enterprise integration patterns — including event-driven architecture, RESTful API design, webhook orchestration, ETL/ELT pipelines, and bi-directional CRM/CDP sync.
Hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS connector ecosystems such as CRMs, DAMs, lead management, workforce management and customer feedback platforms.
Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, and marketing automation platforms and their integration with engagement or CXM platforms.
Strong knowledge of AI, automation and ML frameworks including large language models, NLP engines, and analytics services within customer engagement workflows.
Proficiency with integration tooling and standards: REST/GraphQL APIs, OAuth 2.0, SAML/SSO, JSON/XML data formats, iPaaS platforms, and enterprise API gateways.
Strong ability to perform deep-discovery of a customer's integration architecture and map it clearly to Sprinklr's platform capabilities — identifying quick wins, phased rollout paths, and long-term extensibility.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to and influence enterprise architects, IT decision-makers, and C-suite executives — translating technical integration concepts into business outcomes.
Experience contributing to thought leadership via presentations, sales enablement, and community engagement.
