<div>The CI Experience squad owns the client continuous integration (CI) infrastructure at Spotify. Our mission is to ensure smooth, reliable, and fast integration of code changes across all client repositories. We provide the tooling, documentation, and support that empower client engineers to build, test, and ship confidently.</div>

<div>We’re evolving our CI platform to meet the growing complexity of Spotify’s client ecosystem. Spanning Android, iOS, desktop, and embedded platforms, by building scalable, maintainable systems and best practices for continuous delivery.</div><h3>What You'll Do </h3><ul>
<li>Own and evolve CI infrastructure for Spotify’s client engineering organisation.</li>
<li>Improve build reliability, performance, and observability across client codebases.</li>
<li>Contribute to the technical roadmap for CI systems, defining standards for build and integration practices.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain automation in Python and C++, and work across environments including Windows.</li>
<li>Collaborate with multiple product and platform squads to ensure CI systems align with developer needs.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot complex build failures and support engineers in adopting best CI/CD practices.&nbsp;</li>
</ul><h3>Who You Are </h3><ul>
<li>Experienced with CI infrastructure and internal developer workflows.</li>
<li>Proficient in Python and C++, with understanding of Bazel, gRPC/Protobuf, and Git.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in Windows, with experience in Batch and PowerShell scripting.</li>
<li>Confident working across multiple client platforms (Android, iOS, Web, Smart/Ubiquity devices).</li>
<li>Deep understanding of software architecture, scalable build systems, and CI/CD fundamentals.</li>
<li>A pragmatic problem-solver with excellent collaboration and communication skills.</li>
<li>Passionate about improving developer experience through automation, simplification, and tooling excellence.</li>
</ul><h3>Where You'll Be </h3><ul>
<li>This role is based in London or Stockholm</li>
