STOCK PLAN ADMINISTRATOR
The SpaceX stock program is a key component of SpaceX's compensation philosophy and falls under the broader Finance team, reporting directly to the CFO. You will partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, HR, and Payroll to maintain data integrity, support compliance, and provide excellent service to our employees and stakeholders. You will also help enhance the employee equity experience and support strategic initiatives in compensation and total rewards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer all aspects of the company's equity incentive plans, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and employee stock purchase plans (ESPP), ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders on equity-related inquiries, providing clear guidance on vesting schedules, tax implications, and exercise processes
- Collaborate with finance, legal, payroll, and human resource teams to process equity grants, terminations, and transfers, while maintaining accurate records in equity management systems
- Prepare and distribute equity-related reports and communications
